MCA is one kind of multi-purposed auxiliary with the functions of fire retardance and lubrication. Its features include: high nitrogen assay (about 30%, it can be used as fire retardant in rubber, plastic and nylon); Good heat stability; It loses little weight even if it heated in 300°C for long time; its structure is similar to graphite, thus it can offer good lubrication capacity in high temp., high pressure and impact load ; It also offer good lubrication ability in high temp., high speed, low temp., low speed or sharp temperature change condition. MCA is one kind of new material with excellent lubrication, thus it can be used as substitute of molybdenum disulfide and polytetrafluoroethylene. MCA is white crystalline powder, specific gravity is 1.5g/cm3, non-toxic, non-polluting and tasteless, matter. stable in 300 °C or below, decomposed in 600 °C & above. Its fire retarding level is UL94V-O grade.
MCA can be used as fire retardant of rubber, nylon,
bakelite, epoxy resin, acrylic emulsion, teflon and other
olefin resin to produce high fire retarding material and parts. Moreover, it can be used as lubricant . Its performance is better than
molybdenum disulfide and its price is 1/6 of molybdenum disulfide. It also can be used in skin cosmetic product for it is non-toxic and harmless chemicals. It also can be used as blur agent of coating. Meanwhile, the MCA film
can be used as antirust lubrication film or release agent of steel, or lubrication film of
mechanical transmission parts. It can be added into teflon, bakelite, epoxy resin,
polyphenylene sulfide to produce special lubrication materials. |
